<b>Waterside View</b> - The clean and modern front of Waterside View can be seen from the roadside. It was recently awarded 4-stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. It has gas central heating and towels and bed linen are provided. There is a private driveway for parking 2 cars and further parking available on road.

<b>Kitchen</b> - The fully fitted kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and crockery to ensure you have a great meal. It is a bright cheerful room that has an open plan dining area, looking out on to the garden and has a sea view.

<b>Living Room</b> - The living room is the heart of the home, and provides comfortable seating for guests. The room has a 3+2+1 luxury leather suite, TV, CD player, coffee table to help make you feel at home and relax. French doors open to the dining area.

<b>Dining Room</b> - The dining room is equipped with a dining table that extends with a centre leaf and 6 chairs. There is a high chair for junior. It is a delightfully bright room with patio doors that open to an enclosed garden.

<b>Bathrooms</b> - Enjoy a relaxing bath in the bright upstairs bathroom. There is a separate toilet with wash hand basin and shower on ground floor.

<b>Garden</b> - The patio doors open into the enclosed garden which is ideal for barbecues and enjoying the healthy fresh air. Garden furniture is provided. The garden shed provides storage.

<b>First Bedroom</b> - The master bedroom has a double bed with his and her bedside cabinets. It has mirror wardrobes providing ample storage. The breathtaking sea view provides tranquility whilst doing your hair at the dressing table. Watch the waves and the small fishing boats whilst catching up with paperwork.

<b>Second Bedroom</b> - The second bedroom also has a double bed with his and her bedside cabinets. The room has clean beech furniture, a double wardrobe for storage and also benefits from a lovely sea view.

<b>Third Bedroom</b> - The third bedroom has a single bed with a guest bed, providing twin beds or double bed when pushed together. This room also has a cot for junior. It has a dressing table and fitted wardrobe providing ample storage.
